Eng. Base Ball Game

Here we are again... the week was nice, sometimes rainy and sometimes sun... always problems with choosing what to wear... girls...

Well as every day... load of homework... only lectures... loads of notes...

Anyway, after classes we do have time to do fun stuff, hang around, meet other people... Talk to them, tell them where you from, and there are just 1 out of 30 people know where The Netherlands is... so I guess we are in the middle of no-where...

Oh well... who cares, the most important thing is that we are having fun, let me rephrase that, "that we are having loads of fun". Hi hi hi... no problem here :)

Oh and we also went to our FIRST Base Ball Game, it was soooo much fun! There were some really really nice people which drove us to the Game.

You know I even don't have the words to describe it, actually the game was not that exciting... So when we got in, we sneaked in some food, candy and drinks... sssh.

However it was the whole atmosphere around it. The ticket desk, typical American, the entrance, typical American, the sign posting, the advertisement... It sounds common here in U.S., still for us it is soo much fun to experience this. For example after a couple of minutes they have the camera filming different spots, so people will be filmed on the screens. It could be anyone, and it is even fun to see.

(See picture, they have to kiss the one who is sitting next to you, so other people get entertained... what if I don't know that guy? Or what if he is my brother?)

And when we entered the tribune... it was amazing. The whole stadium, people everywhere, old, young, families etc. Personally I think it is a nice day out to take your kids and spend a day at a game. Maybe Americans think different, still I like it though.

And there were many people wearing the "Twins" shirts, that was so cool. Oh by the way it were the "Twins" against the "White Sox", and the White Sox won big time... so... oops...

Anyway we don't have words for it, you have to experience it yourself, it is special.
