Eng. Meet the Chancellor & Mall of America

Hello again,

How are you doing over there, I can tell by the way you look, you have something to share with me, Come On post a "COMMENT"... :)

So this week was a busy week, but hey we had fun everyday though.
Oh and we also had a presentation about The Netherlands, and well... no-one knew where the Netherlands was exactly :(
So we were happy to present some general information, you know the basic stuff... grass, red light district, ha ha ha... oh and DJ Tiesto!!!
An event has been organised for meeting the Chancellor of Stout, that was very nice, they call it "the Ice Cream Social" who doesn't want to meet the Chancellor with a delicious Ice Cream... so we went for the ice cream... and it was nice...
The house did not fit on the photo, they had a cool mail box, its a helmet, rugby? Oh well...

We also had some group dinners with other students in their student house, it was fun all along. Halfway dinner we did a game called "Signs", very funny. Remembering signs and faces is easier than remembering names, I have problems with remembering so many names, I do remember signs and faces though.
Later we had a second round of dinner, good stuff. (Jimmy well done)

By the way the canteen food is #*@&!, I do not know how long we can take this, so dining out is a good option, cooking is very inconvenient, you need to rent all the equipment for cooking.

Oh and like this is something new... we had a fire-alert again, however this time in all the buildings, it was a test, nice (not). So when we came down all the student were outside their building, hundreds maybe more.

Nevertheless, we met some very nice guys which took us to the MALL of AMERICA, and I can tell you it was great. It is the biggest shopping mall in U.S., I don't know where to start, 5 floors, shops, some restaurants (to re-load energy for more shopping fun).

In the centre of the mall there was a theme park with a roller-coaster and some other stuff, we did not had time to figure out , we were too busy, next time ok. It looked really nice though.

Oh we don't have photo's of the mall, cause we were busy, we did not had enough time to shop. In the end we didn't see all the shops we wanted, its not doable in 1 day. So we HAVE to go back and finish the first floor and than the second another time and so on.

And they have delicious snacks... well what ever you want to call it, cinnamon roll and Oreo with ice and chocolate chip cookies... GOOD!!!

Thank you for reading, have a wonderful week :)

Love Esther & Lisa
